Your game server is managed through a separate account on panel.shieldhost.cloud. This account is created automatically when you order a game server, and your panel login details will be sent to your email. This is separate from your Shieldhost billing account. Want to add a subuser? Please create a support ticket and include the email address of the billing account that should be added.
